Shipping

We ship worldwide!

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 

Domestic orders;

We ship all of our items with Urshipper or DHL depending on the jewellery item and your location. Please allow 2-3 days to process and ship orders. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number. 

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and include tracking and insurance while in transit. 

We insure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.  Shipments are made from Bali and usually take about 5-7 business days for international orders. Shipping costs vary based off location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

Returns & Exchanges

All custom projects are final sale and non-refundable.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you aren’t happy with you item, please contact us and we will work together to resolve the issue.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom orders and gift cards are exempt from being returned or exchanged. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 business days. 

Custom Designs

Deliverables: Included in the cost of your custom project is an initial intake consultation with Tara, a design sketch, and a digital CAD rendering. Stones are sourced by Tara as needed with client approval. 

Custom projects are invoiced in two parts. Invoices are shared via email and payment instructions are provided. 

Payment 1: 50% deposit secures stone and initiates the design process

Payment 2: Remaining 50% balance due prior to shipment

Timelines are estimates and the average delivery time is 8 weeks  from when the initial 50% deposit is paid.

Disclaimer: Heirlooms stones for custom projects are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your inquiry. Client understands that working with heirloom materials poses risks. Tara Noelle is not liable for any damage that may occur during the production process.
