We ship worldwide! Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
How long will it take my order to ship?
If you item is in stock it should be shipped within 3 business day. All made to order pieces are made with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 4-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for production.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship all of our items with Urshipper or DHL depending on the jewellery item. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your tracking number.
We insure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.
Do you pay taxes/fees/duties?
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know time frame for delivery please email email@example.com. We will do everything we can to help you.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom orders and gift cards are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 business days.
